Carrousel by the River

Part of the Carrousel of the Nations and successor to Expo to the World. Carrousel by the River is a three day event held at Windsor’s Festival Plaza on June 10, 11, and 12. It starts at 12 noon each day, and runs to 12 midnight. Admission is $5.00.

This event gathers together the ethno-food, music, dance, arts and crafts of all the diverse multicultural fabric of Windsor.
